Olopatadine

Tablet

Olopatadine is a selective antihistamine (H1 receptor antagonist) used in the treatment of allergic conditions. It reduces histamine release from mast cells, relieving symptoms of rhinitis, urticaria, and conjunctivitis. Compared to older antihistamines, it causes less sedation.
