Mechanism

Nebivolol reduces heart rate and myocardial oxygen demand while promoting nitric oxide-mediated vasodilation. Cilnidipine blocks L-type calcium channels in vascular smooth muscle and N-type channels in sympathetic nerve endings, reducing blood pressure and sympathetic activity.
