Levocetirizine + Phenylpropanolamine + Paracetamol

Tablet

This combination provides triple action: Levocetirizine, an antihistamine, reduces allergy symptoms; Phenylpropanolamine, a nasal decongestant, relieves congestion; and Paracetamol, an analgesic/antipyretic, reduces fever and pain. It is prescribed for relief of cold, flu, and allergy symptoms.

Mechanism

Levocetirizine: Blocks histamine H1 receptors, reducing allergy symptoms.
Phenylpropanolamine: Acts as a sympathomimetic agent, causing vasoconstriction in nasal passages to relieve congestion.
Paracetamol: Inhibits prostaglandin synthesis in the CNS, lowering fever and relieving pain.
