Desloratadine

Tablet

Desloratadine is a long-acting, non-sedating antihistamine. It selectively blocks peripheral histamine H1 receptors, reducing allergic symptoms without crossing the blood-brain barrier significantly. It is widely prescribed for allergic rhinitis and chronic urticaria.
