This suspension is a triple-action formulation combining an antacid, antiflatulent, and raft-forming agent for comprehensive relief from acid-related disorders. Magaldrate neutralizes excess gastric acid and maintains optimal pH, Simethicone relieves gas and bloating by breaking down gas bubbles, and Alginic Acid forms a protective raft over gastric contents to prevent acid reflux into the esophagus.

Mechanism

Magaldrate

Simethicone
