Mechanism

Ivermectin
Binds to glutamate-gated chloride channels in parasites, increasing cell membrane permeability, leading to paralysis and death of the parasite.
Albendazole
Inhibits microtubule formation and glucose uptake in parasites, resulting in energy depletion and death.
