This nasal spray contains Fluticasone, a corticosteroid with strong anti-inflammatory properties used for the management of allergic rhinitis. It works by reducing inflammation in the nasal passages, thereby relieving symptoms such as congestion, sneezing, itching, and runny nose. The formulation provides long-lasting relief and improves nasal airflow when used regularly.

Mechanism

Fluticasone
Inhibits the release of inflammatory mediators such as histamine, cytokines, and leukotrienes, reducing nasal mucosal inflammation and allergic responses.

Hypersensitivity to Fluticasone or any component
Untreated nasal infections

Dosage

As directed by the physician.

How to use

Shake the bottle gently and then remove the protective dust cap.
Hold the bottle as shown with your forefinger and middle finger on either side of the nozzle and your thumb underneath the bottle.
If using for the first time or if you have not used it for a week or more, test the spray with the nozzle pointing away from you, press down several times as shown until a fine mist comes out of the nozzle.
Wipe the nozzle with a clean handkerchief / tissue and close with Protective dust cap.

DRUG INTERACTIONS

Strong CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g., ritonavir): May increase systemic exposure
Other corticosteroids: Increased risk of systemic effects

For nasal use only
Avoid spraying into eyes
Use regularly for best results; not for immediate relief
Monitor for nasal irritation or bleeding
Use with caution in children and during long-term therapy
Do not exceed recommended dose
Store in a cool, dry place
Keep out of reach of children
